Ingredients

  • 1¼lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp. Arawak Farm Jerk Dry Rub & Spice Blend
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil

Method

Brush olive oil on pork tenderloin the coat with Jerk Dry Rub & Spice Blend.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 18 to 20 minutes, until pork reaches 145°.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
